Returns and Warranty Policy

We aim to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that issues may arise. Please review our returns and warranty policies below:

1. Return Period & Warranty

  • Dealership Products: Products where we are an authorized dealership come with an extended warranty of 1 to 2 years, depending on the specific product.
  • Non-Dealership & Non-Warranty Products: For non-dealership and non-warranty products, we offer a 1-day checking warranty upon receipt.

2. Eligibility for Return

  • Items are returnable only if they have a mechanical fault or were damaged in the box.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for packages damaged by the courier, as responsibility shifts to the receiver once the product leaves our outlet.
  • Discounted and closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges if the product is unused or if the product was damaged or not functioning correctly.
  • Exchanges are available for all products, except for livestock or used items.
  • Items must be exchanged/returned within 1 day of sale.

4. Return Process

  • Products must either be brought back to our outlet or shipped back to us.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • For damaged or non-working products, we offer exchanges.
  • For general exchanges, customers can choose between store credit or a product exchange.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Refunds are processed when we receive the returned items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping, as we send pictures of the product prior to shipping. Any damage or loss caused by the shipping company is not covered under our return or warranty policy.

8. Return Address

  • All returns should be sent to our outlet’s address.

Livestock DOA Policy

If livestock arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), please note the following:

  • No Refunds or Replacements: We ensure the livestock is healthy, quarantined, and alive before shipping, and we provide a video of the live item. No refunds or replacements will be offered once the livestock is handed over to the courier or shipping company.
  • Proof Required: Customers must provide proof (e.g., pictures or videos) if livestock arrives DOA.
